Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 11223b website at https://11223b.net or any associated mobile interface, and by registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. We may request copies of your NID card, passport, driving licence, utility bills, or other identity documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

Account Registration

Deposit Terms

Withdrawal Terms

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game plays on 11223b are subject to the following general rules. Additional rules specific to individual sports markets, casino games, and instant-win products are published within each respective game or market interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the 11223b system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except where an in-play cash-out feature is explicitly available and activated by the player within the permitted window.
• 11223b reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened, priced, or settled in error — including but not limited to computer errors, data feed failures, or obvious mispricing. Affected stakes will be refunded to the player's account balance.

• Results are determined by official sources. For cricket, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), ICC, and BCCI are recognised as authoritative governing bodies for result determination. For other sports, the relevant national or international governing body applies.
• In the event of a match or event being postponed, abandoned, or shortened, settlement rules for each affected market are determined by the specific rules applicable to that market, as published on the 11223b platform.

Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, tamper with, or otherwise interfere with the 11223b platform's technical infrastructure, security measures, or game integrity systems.
• Depositing funds using payment methods that do not belong to you, or using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Registering an account on behalf of a minor or allowing a person under 18 years of age to access your account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 11223b customer support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

Account Suspension & Closure

11223b reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and at any time. Common grounds for account action include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, dormancy, or a player's own voluntary request. The following provisions govern account closure procedures:

11223b's decision on account closure matters is final. Where an account has been closed due to a suspected breach of these Terms that is subsequently found to be unsubstantiated, 11223b will reinstate the account with full balance intact and issue a formal apology to the affected player.
